We regularly collaborate with architects and builders from the initial planning stages, coupled with our onsite subcontractor liaison and coordination, specification plans for building works – electrical, plumbing, tiling etc to ensure your job is well planned and managed throughout.
Design & Documentation
Designs are presented initially as line drawings in a ‘white box’ format to enable you to view the functionality of the space and spatial visualisation of surrounding areas, without being influenced by colour and finishes at this initial stage.
Full colour 2D and 3D renders are the second stage of your presentation where we highlight the possibilities our design can bring into your space.
Design direction or full construction plans can be supplied to ensure that your build or renovation is well planned.

1. People and their Place
Initial meeting and design consultation
During the initial design meeting at your premises we will discuss your requirements such as, the reasoning behind the build or renovation, your requirements for the space –who lives in this space, who uses it, how it should flow, your ‘needs’ vs your ‘wants ’, your budgets and expectations. We will also measure and analyse the space.
2. The Dream Space
Design
After this initial meeting we will put together a design proposal based on your requirements both immediate and long-term, lifestyle, goals and the functionality of the space. The design will then be ready to present for initial feedback in 2D/3D format.
3. The Impressions
Feedback meeting
We will sit down and go through your presentation, highlighting the spatial and functionality aspects of your requirements and discuss design and materials.
4. Final Designs
Based on your feedback meeting we will then provide full colour 3D images for your design, full scope of works including all specifications, project costings, or plans, elevations and architectural drawing.
5. Construction and Project Management
Time to build. Let our team of licensed trades bring your dream space into reality. Managing the project through to handover.
