Our scope of works within this property renovation comprised of the kitchen, home office, and bathroom.  Starting with a breath-taking kitchen design to capitalise on the location of this beachside family home.  With a focus on lifestyle and entertaining the new kitchen has been relocated to the ground floor, releasing the upstairs space into a home office and parents retreat. The centrepiece of this project is the grandeur of the over-sized island bringing concealed functionality to the heart of this home. The coastal colour theme is evident in the use of light timber and the deep ocean colouring of the cabinetry. Technology is introduced with the island centrepiece uprising to reveal four dimensions of activity and functionality. Revealed is additional storage or breakfast zone, cooking station pantry essentials, a secret homework / media tech zone and fully stocked bar. The under bench storage is unsurpassed – with drawers, cupboards, shelving and two Vintec wine fridges. The bi-fold doors at the end of the kitchen allow ease of access to the outdoors and the beach, opening the entire space to an entertaining area and direct access to the beach. Our coastal/industrial design has created an inspired space dedicated to family time enjoyed relaxing, cooking and entertaining together.

Also on the ground floor is a light bright white bathroom with large walk-in shower, perfect for refreshing after a day at the beach.
