Work-Life balance achieved in flexible floorplan with this new-build.

As a complete re-build this South Coast home project enabled the studio to design without spatial restrictions, identifying the owner’s requests to include zones that highlighted their passions for food, wine and entertaining.  This contemporary three bedroom, split level home features a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area, customised walk-in robe and ensuite in the master, connecting indoor and outdoor living with a large entertaining deck and fully self-contained outdoor kitchen.  A home office/studio, also self-contained, highlights the flexibility of the properties floorplan and features customised joinery.
